When using our website(s) you may contact us via our contact form, telephone, email, social media, signing up to our newsletter or by creating an account.

Your agent, recruiter or employer may be an account holder and pass your details on to us for reference for our services. such as, name, telephone address.

CCTV in vehicles
Some of our vehicles may be fitted with dashboard cameras, they record the road ahead and sometimes the road behind. They do not record inside the vehicle and do not record audio but your image may be recorded before you enter or exit the vehicle.

Booking with us
If you book a vehicle with us, your details such as name, email, telephone, address, destination and total fare will be recorded and in our records for a minimum of 6 months. This is to comply with the council regulations.

Using our website and services
When using our website and services we may see your ip address, location, device information, browser information, mobile device, mobile network and hardware details. We use this information to personalise, monitor and improve our website and services.

Marketing
We may use your information to carry out customer segmentation for marketing purposes to improve our services.

How we do store your information?
Your personal details are stored in an online database until your booking is at least 1 day old then your personal details are taken offline and stored in an offline database which can only be viewed by Waveney Taxis Ltd and Waveney Hire Ltd staff. Your personal details are stored for a minimum of 6 months.

Our website uses SSH which is a secure network to keep your online experience on our website safe and secure.
